Delivery & Returns

At Chrysus Golds, every order is handled with the same care as the piece inside it. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we deliver your jewellery and how to return it should you need to.


Delivery

Complimentary UK Delivery

We offer complimentary express delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.

Packaging

All Chrysus Golds pieces are presented in our signature packaging, designed to protect your jewellery during transit and serve as a keepsake gift box.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted carriers including Royal Mail Special Delivery, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available, a redelivery attempt will be made or the parcel held at your local depot.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and charges for international orders will be shown at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns & Exchanges

15-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Chrysus Golds piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at info@chrysusgolds.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorisation by email within 2 business days.
  3. Once authorised, securely package your item and return it within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation.
  4. We will arrange a complimentary collection from your address or provide a prepaid returns label.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of use or alteration
  • Have all original tags, stickers, and protective materials intact
  • Be returned in the original Chrysus Golds packaging
  • Not have been resized, engraved, or otherwise personalised after purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalised or engraved pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • eGift Cards
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (where specified)

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: original shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable. If your order was placed in a currency other than GBP, the refund will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size or style, please follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@chrysusgolds.com. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
