Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and imagery, slight variations in colour, finish, or weight may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the Goods. Such variations shall not constitute a defect.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Pricing reflects the live international gold market and may be updated without prior notice.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and Exchanges

In recognition of the high-value nature of precious metal jewellery, Chrysus Gold Ltd operates a strict 15-day return and exchange policy. The Customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation are not affected by this policy.

7.1 Conditions for Return

•      The original product packaging must remain fully sealed and unopened. Returns of opened packages will not be accepted under any circumstance.

•      The Customer must notify the Company of their intention to return Goods by emailing info@chrysusgolds.com within 15 calendar days of delivery.

•      The Customer is responsible for the cost and insurance of return shipping until the Goods are received and verified by the Company.

•      All returned Goods are subject to inspection by the Company’s quality control team prior to refund or exchange approval.

7.2 Exchanges

Where the Customer wishes to exchange Goods rather than return them for a refund, the Company shall facilitate an exchange within the 15-day window, provided the original package remains unopened and the conditions in clause 7.1 are met. Where the replacement item is of higher value, the Customer shall pay the difference; where it is of lower value, the residual amount shall be refunded to the original payment method.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

•      Goods whose original packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

•      eGift Cards and digital vouchers, which are non-refundable once issued.

•      Bespoke, engraved, resized, or custom-commissioned pieces.

8. Authenticity and Warranty

All jewellery sold by Chrysus Gold Ltd is hallmarked in accordance with UK Assay Office requirements and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the 22 carat gold composition. The Company warrants that all Goods are free from material defects in workmanship at the time of dispatch.

•      The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear over time.

•      Any warranty claim must be supported by the original invoice and Certificate of Authenticity.

9. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
