10. Delivery Costs and Times

10.1 We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery times and costs for your order are outlined below, unless otherwise specified on the Website.

10.2 In the UK:

10.2.1 Standard Shipping – 5 to 7 working days,Free Standard Shipping.

10.2.2 Expedited Shipping – 3 to 5 working days, £50.

10.3 International Delivery:

10.3.1 Europe – Express delivery, 2 to 5 working days, £70, with tracking and signed service.

10.3.2 Rest of the World – Express delivery, 5 to 10 working days, with tracking and signed service. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

10.4 Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date. While we aim to process orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors such as remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions, for which we cannot be held liable.

11. Returns

11.1 At Chrysus Gold Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

11.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged. In such cases, the return may be sent back to you, and a refund may be refused.

11.3 All returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

11.4 You are responsible for the product(s) until they are returned to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during return transit.

11.5 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

11.6 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty. Return postage costs are also non-refundable.

12. Refunds

12.1 Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If your return was made in a currency other than your local currency, the refund will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase. Once your return is received and processed, we will aim to complete the refund as quickly as possible.
